Do
the parts come with a warranty ?
All new parts come with a minimum 12 months warranty against defects in manufacture and materials. Do I get a tax invoice ? For all new parts, yes. Some used parts may come from the private collections of family and friends and they wont supply a tax invoice. How do I pay for the parts I need ? Our preferred method of receiving payment is via bank deposit to our Westpac bank account, however we can give you St George or ANZ bank details too. If you prefer to pay via credit card you can do so via "Paymate", the Australian equivalent of PayPal. How will I get my parts ? Parts will usually be sent via Australia Post or Courier. If convenient, you can pick them up or we can drop them off to you. What if my parts get lost in transit ? We will replace the parts or refund your payment, whichever you prefer. |
